HRIS Process Automation Specialist

Want to design and optimize HR processes impacting 13 countries and 10,000+ people?

We are looking for a HRIS Process Automation Specialist to join our new global HRIS Core Team and lead process automation across borders.

What you'll do

Design and optimize global HR processes, automating repetitive tasks
Focus on cross-system integrations (SAP SuccessFactors + other enterprise platforms)
Support testing and technical work during the SAP rollout project
Drive process standardization, workflow optimization, and knowledge management

What we're looking for

2–5 years of relevant experience (Information Engineering, Industrial Engineering, MIS, or Process Improvement background)
Solid process design and optimization skills, with a user experience mindset
Knowledge of process automation tools & cross-system integration methods
Strong communication, problem-solving skills, and comfortable in English for meetings
Bonus: Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM; RPA/ETL/SQL/Python knowledge
