Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Assists in verifying customer entitlements to ensure accurate coverage details are included in service quotations, working under limited supervision.
- Ensures that all quotes provided to customers are accurate and reflect the correct service terms and pricing.
- Aids to verify that Time & Material invoices align with the actual services delivered, ensuring accurate billing.
- Adheres to legal and regulatory requirements when preparing and finalizing service quotes, ensuring compliance with all relevant standards.
- Organizes the timely delivery of service quotes to customers, ensuring prompt and efficient communication.
- Helps to update service quotations, including Time & Material quotes, and send them to customers in a clear and professional manner.
- Collects and reviews customer feedback on quotes, and assist in making necessary adjustments or amendments based on their responses.
- Supports the quote approval process by obtaining necessary authorizations from managers and ensuring all approvals are documented.
- Tracks the status of quotes throughout the approval and acceptance process, providing updates and addressing any delays or issues.
- Maintains accurate records of all quotations, approvals, and customer interactions to support tracking and reporting processes.
Minimum Required Education
High School Diploma, Vocational Education.
