Assistant Marketing Manager
to support local demand generation efforts and strengthen our brand presence.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly creative and organized
Assistant Marketing Manager
to join our growing Taiwan team. This role requires a unique blend of
graphic design
,
event coordination
, and
content-driven demand generation
. The ideal candidate is a bilingual marketing professional who thrives in fast-paced environments, understands the local market, and can support both digital and physical campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Graphic Design

  • Create and adapt visual materials for digital ads, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and event branding.
  • Ensure design consistency with global and regional brand guidelines.
  • Collaborate with global design and marketing teams for cross-market campaigns.

2. Event Management

  • Plan and execute physical and virtual events, including partner workshops, webinars, roadshows, and trade shows.
  • Coordinate with vendors, venues, and logistics providers to ensure smooth execution.
  • Manage event invitations, registrations, giveaways, and post-event follow-ups.

3. Demand Generation & Content Marketing

  • Localize and create high-converting marketing content (emails, landing pages, LinkedIn posts, etc.) for campaigns targeting IT decision-makers and partners.
  • Collaborate with the regional demand gen team to align local campaigns with global strategy.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to campaign effectiveness.

4. Language & Communication

  • Translate and adapt English-language marketing content to Traditional Chinese (and vice versa) for maximum relevance and engagement on social media and Demand Generation campaigns.
  • Support external communication and PR initiatives with clear and fluent bilingual content.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably in the tech, IT, or SaaS sector.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Canva.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills, especially for event coordination.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. HubSpot, Zoho, or equivalent) is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing principles and the B2B buyer journey.
  • Fluent in both Traditional Chinese and English (written and spoken).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, partner-led go-to-market environment.
