To improve overall Healthcare Business Unit processes and to get more efficiency and profitability, general responsibilities include:

  • Work with business closely to validate and negotiation strategy between Finance
    Department
    and higher management level to improve account profitability.
  • Initiate business project and process improvement tasks to standardize the operation procedure to provide a robust service to customers/clients.
  • Prepare HealthCare monitoring dashboard with data analysis (including information collection, validation, monitoring, and generating reports ) to find out business insight and opportunity for strategy setting and driving further action result cross functionally.
  • Build up an effective communication platform among the functions/departments to improve the efficiency and effectiveness

Ideal candidate:

  • Familiar with Healthcare industry.
  • Strong numbers analysis skill
  • Strong presentation skill
  • Proficient on MS office word, excel, PowerPoint, SAP and other software, like Power BI
