Purpose of Role

Manage inventory levels, optimize stock availability, and support production and sales planning.

Key Activities



Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal inventory to meet demand by operating with Global inventory team.



Stock Audits:
Conduct annual physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.



Receiving & Dispatching:
Oversee incoming and outgoing goods to ensure accuracy and condition.



System Updates:
Maintain accurate records of MM data in SAP



Reporting:
Generate inventory reports and provide insights on stock trends..



Daily Planning review
: Plan and schedule inventory replenishment based on lead times, safety stock, and production needs.



Production Planning:
Create production schedules based on demand, capacity, and resource availability.



Material Planning:
Ensure timely procurement of raw materials or components.



Coordination:
Work with sales team, warehouse staff, procurement, and finance to ensure smooth operations.



Stakeholder Management,
local and international stakeholders.

Qualifications


•Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field


•Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with SAP is preferred


•Excellent communication skills in English
