Description
Join the team which delivers highly differentiated silicon into Blink and Ring battery powered devices. Our validation team works on state-of-the art SoCs in a vertically integrated team environment to deliver products our customers love. The team works backwards from customer requirements to build super-low power, energy efficient designs that include the latest in AI, video processing, low power communications and CMOS fabrication technology.
Because we are vertically integrated we directly get to see products built and ship based on our silicon.
We work directly with product teams to increase the velocity of features and time to ship products.
ASICTWKey job responsibilities
- Design and develop hardware products, including circuit boards, components, and systems, while adhering to industry standards and best practices.
- Generate and maintain hardware design, testing, and quality control documentation.
- Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and product validation activities to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, development and customer support, to provide feedback and input on product design, performance optimization, and maneuverability.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
- Communication- both written and verbal
- Debug experience with hardware systems - power supplies and standard interfaces (I2C, UART, SPI, MIPI, DDR)
- Experience with schematic capture and layout tools (Altium or Orcad)
- Experience with Python and/or C coding
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Electrical or Communications Engineering or a related field
- Experience working with customers to diagnose a problem and work towards resolution
