What You Bring

  • A minimum of five years' experience working within e-commerce environments where you have demonstrated success in growing digital sales channels.
  • At least five years' proven leadership experience managing teams within fast-evolving online retail or digital commerce settings.
  • Fluency in both spoken and written English is essential for effective communication across internal teams and external partners.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with a strong focus on using data-driven approaches for account management and strategic decision-making.
  • Excellent interpersonal abilities that enable you to communicate clearly, negotiate effectively, and organise complex projects efficiently.
  • Demonstrated capability in building collaborative relationships with key customers, distributors, and third-party partners within an e-commerce context.
  • Experience overseeing business projections, forecasting activities, portfolio planning, execution processes, and inventory management systems.
  • A track record of working closely with marketing teams to ensure alignment between commercial initiatives and category growth strategies.
