Reinforce SE Industrial Automation (IA) Position in the Market

  • Lead in the Best-In Class B2B Channel Marketing Program for System Integrators (SIs), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Industrial Automation Distributors (IADs) and Machine Integrators (MI)
  • Contribute to the strategic planning and decision making at management team level to develop and implement a business strategy that aligns with the organizations overall vision.
  • Localization of the Global Alliance Program for Adoption in Taiwan
  • Establish Branding for Industrial Automation in Taiwan Market with the support of Global Marketing Team
  • Lead in the Planning and Execution of Yearly Annual Marketing Sales Program and Marketing Calendar
  • Initiates and Drives Events, Webinars and Key Trade Shows etc in Alignment with the Yearly Marketing Calendar
  • Understand the Key Personas Customer journey, know the entry points into it and able to break down barriers in the customer journey

Channel Enablement to Accelerate Growth

  • Lead in the Yearly Annual Contract Renewal for System Integrators (Sis), Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), Industrial Automation Distributors (IADs) and Machine Integrators (MI) together with Stakeholders
  • Collaborate with sales in the mapping of customers in each customer sub-category of sales channels in our CRM Tool (bFO Salesforce)
  • Manage pricing conditions of different customer categories in joint collaboration with Sales Leader and Offer Marketing Leaders
  • Close cooperation with channel sales directors, product managers and digital program manager to reach strategic goals, sales and profit targets

Qualifications

  • Bachelor in Digital Marketing or equivalent
  • At least 3-5 years in relevant B2B Digital Marketing experience
  • Ability to build a sustainable and reliable relationship with customers
  • Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively with key stakeholders
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and other engineering tools.
  • Proficient in minimum English and Chinese, written and speech
