Job Mission
- As a Logistics Analyst in Planning & Logistics Department in Linkou Factory, your responsibility will be analyzing factory logistics and warehouse operations data with insights, as well as planning to continuously improve and optimize the operations, to fulfill production demand with efficient and cost-effective materials delivery, including inbound and outbound.
- Leading impactful projects along with stakeholders across departments and sectors is also one of the key tasks for this role.
Job Description
- Regular analysis of daily operational data to generate insights for management decision making.
- Performance dashboard establishment – including cost-effectiveness with spending management to budget, space optimization, material/information flow status, and workforce efficiency.
- Resource planning and optimization for the above.
- Responsible to lead improvement projects (A3, 4C, break-through initiatives) from identifying opportunities through utilizing/implementing lean methods and to visualizing benefits.
- Collaborate with global and local teams on projects and performance reporting by face-to-face and teleconferences in English.
- Conduct Gemba Walks and regular assessment to advance operational excellence up to the next level.

- Education
- Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering/Management, Logistics Management, or related fields.
- Experience
- 5+ year hands-on experience in factory logistics and/or shipping operations.
- Familiarity with ERP framework and SAP daily operations.
- Experience of design and implementation of Kanban system for JIT and Pull operations.
- Proven problem solving skills, project leadership, project management/facilitation skills, and good command of continuous improvement methodologies.
- Capability of visualization tools (MS Power Automate, Power BI, VBA, Python, etc.) is preferred.
- Knowledge and practical application experience with cutting-edge techniques (AI applications, Automation and Digitalization) in the logistics/warehousing area is preferred.
- Certified Lean and/or Six Sigma Belt is a plus.
- Experience in semiconductor industry is a plus.
