About The Role

As an Account Manager, you'll act as a key partner to our independent retail merchants. You'll focus on growing existing accounts, strengthening partner relationships, driving operational excellence, and upselling marketing solutions to maximize mutual success. This is a great role to develop your commercial and relationship management skills in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

What The Candidate Will Do

  • Manage a portfolio of independent grocery and retail partners in Taiwan, focusing on retention, growth, and customer quality.
  • Build and strengthen long-term relationships with merchants, serving as their day-to-day point of contact.
  • Identify opportunities to upsell Uber's marketing and growth products to drive incremental revenue.
  • Support and optimize operational processes to ensure smooth execution and scalable partner success.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and support teams to deliver strategic solutions and improve partner performance.

Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, sales, or customer success, ideally with SMB clients.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to develop and maintain partner relationships.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and balance competing priorities.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to deliver strategic, data-backed solutions.
  • Experience collaborating across teams to achieve business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in account management, business development, sales, or partner support, ideally in SMB or retail sectors.
  • Familiarity with the grocery and retail segment is a plus.
  • Strong commercial acumen with curiosity to learn and adapt quickly.
  • Hands-on, proactive approach with creativity and flexibility in solving challenges.
  • Basic project management skills with experience supporting business growth at scale.
