We are seeking a seasoned Instrumentation & Automation Engineering Manager with a proven track record in complex control system integration and project execution. The ideal candidate brings:
- Over 10 years of hands-on experience with PLC (AB / Siemens) and SCADA systems (InTouch / System Platform); solid background in instrumentation and control systems integration.
- Responsible for the installation, inspection, supervision, commissioning, validation, maintenance, and software development of control systems such as DCS, SCADA, and PLC.
- Able to develop and execute project management plans, understand site construction methods and safety regulations, and effectively coordinate with both internal teams and subcontractors.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to support business and client needs, including equipment installation and system troubleshooting.
- English is the primary working language; proficiency in Chinese is highly preferred.
- The primary work location is Hsinchu, and the candidate must be flexible to provide occasional short-term overseas assignments to support project execution at foreign subsidiaries' sites.

- 擬定與執行專案管理計畫,熟悉施工工法與現場規範,並能有效協調內部與承攬商人員,確保專案如期如質執行。
- 具備良好之溝通協調能力,能配合業務與客戶端需求,負責設備安裝與系統問題處理。
- 主要工作語言為英文,能以英文溝通讀寫為基本需求,具中文能力者佳。
- 主要工作地點為新竹,並需具備不定期短期外派支援的彈性,配合國外子公司專案現場執行任務。
