Respnsibility:


• Org design: Partner with managers to determine optimal organization designs to support current and future talent needs and strategy.


• Succession planning: Build talent pipeline for cross-level job positions, drive talent growth system. Identify key talent and develop a pipeline of potential backfills.


• Leadership coaching: Identify and help address development needs and provide candid and proactive feedback.


• Culture & change management: Consistent, open and honest communication around change. Develop programs to enhance culture & change.


• Talent Development: Assess and identify potential talents, develop strategies to grow talents and fill the gap. Pay attention to next generation talents and high potentials.


• HR Strategies: Partner with HR Domain to develop and implement sub-regional HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the business goals and objectives.


• Develop high performing and engaged teams that conduct itself in alignment with the company culture and value. Provide clear direction and goals for the team to ensure that business objectives and targets are met.


• Support HR Domain to build sub regional HR analytical activities, trend analysis, data insights for market intelligence.


• Lead a culture of integrity, Quality, and EHS. Implement strict safety compliance.


• Set up & execute sub-regional HR partnership & local team's KPI based on MFP, VOR, People review related requirement.

Requirement:


• Bachelor's degree or above from accredited university in HR, Business Management or similar field


• 10 years above experience in HR generalist role or minimum 3 HR functions and 5 years above experience in people manager roles


• Proven strategic thinker with strong financial and business acumen, in addition to strong execution


• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities


• Excellent verbal/written communication and interpersonal skills, capable of developing presentations and capable to influence and collaborate with various global and regional stakeholders to drive common goal


• Creative, organized and self-motivated for success


• Possesses unquestioned integrity and strong business ethics and leads by example


• Demonstrates a firm commitment to the company's values and culture


• Demonstrated experience in building and leading high-performing teams, with effective talent management, pipelining and building of partnership across sub-teams


• Team player with peers to share and implement the best practice
