Hands-on experience for large-scale business application implementation upon either cloud or on-premised is also the key criteria.

A Salesforce Business Analyst has a strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations, involving a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and project management skills to ensure that Salesforce solutions align with business objectives and enhance overall efficiency.

ᴍᴀᴊᴏʀ ᴀʀᴇᴀs ᴏғ ʀᴇsᴘᴏɴsɪʙɪʟɪᴛʏ

  • Business Engagement (Business Needs, Solution Assessment)

  • Partner with business units (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, etc.). Make business success, resolve business problems with cost-efficiency, appropriate IT solutions

  • Facilitates and leads discussions with project teams and business users to define as-is and to-be business processes, pros and cons effectively
  • Consolidates, documents and updates the IT application business process flows of the assigned business unit
  • Act as the bridge between the technical and non-technical side, analyze business needs, bridge IT technical team to evaluation and come out feasible solution and manages the expectations
  • Align with IT team on project prioritization, budget and resource allocation
  • Updates business critical issue/ topics status with business unit / IT
  • Stay updated with Salesforce releases and best practices, and recommend enhancements accordingly.

  • Project Execution (PM)

  • Manages business key IT projects from goal setting throughout project goes live

  • Facilitates and leads user acceptance tests; conducts user training if needed
  • Communicates and updates business team of project status
  • Reports metrics on project execution, development quality and issue resolution SLA

ᴍɪɴɪᴍᴜᴍ ᴊᴏʙ ʀᴇǫᴜɪʀᴇᴍᴇɴᴛs

  • Education: bachelor or above
  • Major Subject:Information Technology, MIS or relevant major subjects
  • Key Skills:

  • Required –5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst –5+ years of directly relevant experience in CRM/ system (Sales Cloud) administration –10+ years in project management & project solution assessment –Strong understanding of CRM business processes –Good at customer engagement and communication skill. –Self-starter who can operate independently. –Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously and drive projects to completion. (problem solving, decision making, sound judgment, assertiveness) –Excellent oral and written communication skills in English, as well as excellent presentation skills, with ability to conduct presentations comfortably to the business leadership team –Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills

  • Preferred –Experience with Salesforce Lightning, Flow Builder, and AppExchange products. –With Salesforce-related technical experience, such as various Salesforce integration technologies, both between Salesforce clouds and external systems, Salesforce integrations (e.g., APIs, middleware, or data tools), Salesforce data model and security architecture –Salesforce cloud such as partner portal, community, other sales cloud implementation –Experience for large scale business application implementation upon either cloud or on-premised

  • Certification:Salesforce/ Project Management certification is preferred

  • Language: Fluent in English
