Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support on product usage and applications.
  • Lead the development of 8D reports to document root cause analysis and corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.
  • Monitor product performance and provide feedback for enhancement.
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Implement and maintain process control systems to ensure product consistency.
  • Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to analyse data and optimise manufacturing processes.
  • Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify risks and prevent failures.
  • Use JMP software for data analysis and decision support.
  • Participate in or lead quality-related project management activities.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing sector.
  • Proven background in quality engineering or related functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SPC and FMEA methodologies.
  • Experience with data analysis tools such as JMP.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with quality systems and standards (e.g. ISO, Six Sigma).
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and cultures.
  • Project management experience is a strong advantage.
