Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support on product usage and applications.
 - Lead the development of 8D reports to document root cause analysis and corrective actions.
 - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.
 - Monitor product performance and provide feedback for enhancement.
 - Prepare technical documentation and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
 - Implement and maintain process control systems to ensure product consistency.
 - Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) techniques to analyse data and optimise manufacturing processes.
 - Conduct Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to identify risks and prevent failures.
 - Use JMP software for data analysis and decision support.
 - Participate in or lead quality-related project management activities.
 
The Successful Applicant
- At least 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, ideally within the semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing sector.
 - Proven background in quality engineering or related functions.
 - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in SPC and FMEA methodologies.
 - Experience with data analysis tools such as JMP.
 - Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
 - Familiarity with quality systems and standards (e.g. ISO, Six Sigma).
 - Ability to work collaboratively across teams and cultures.
 - Project management experience is a strong advantage.
