Key Responsibilities:
- Proficient in data analysis and skilled in Excel applications.
- Led the onboarding process for new employees, including conducting orientations and providing necessary resources for a seamless integration into the company.
- Office suppliers' management, vendors management.
- Office daily expenses management, support admin related expense reimbursement and payment process, including but not limited on office expense and other related tasks.
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree or above in English, secretarial, administrative management and other related majors.
- Min 1 years of administrative/ Assistant working experience.
- Fluent speaking and good commands in reading & written English.
- Proficient in computer and OFFICE software.
