Position Summary
We are seeking a visionary Brand Marketing Manager to lead XPG's global brand strategy and elevate its presence in the gaming and tech community. This role oversees a passionate marketing team, driving creative strategies that strengthen brand awareness and create impactful marketing initiatives to engage with community. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on leader —capable of inspiring a team, leveraging data and AI tools, and executing integrated campaigns that push XPG's brand to new heights.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and refine global brand strategy to continuously strengthen XPG's market presence and brand identity.
- Oversee global PR, media, and KOL strategies to ensure consistent and impactful communication.
- Lead strategic product launch initiatives that drive global media visibility through reviews, creator partnerships, and cross-brand collaborations to strengthen product and brand impact.
- Lead and mentor the brand marketing team to deliver successful global events, including Computex, CES, and other strategic exhibitions.
- Lead high-impact digital marketing initiatives — overseeing team efforts to create community-engaging social content and paid campaigns aligned with XPG's global growth strategy.
- Oversee and safeguard brand guidelines and brand assets, including the development and management of brand character IP.
- Drive cross-brand and cross-industry collaborations that amplify brand reach and storytelling.
- Collaborate with internal and regional teams to align brand strategy with product, sales, and regional marketing goals.
- Track and analyze marketing performance, ensuring data-driven optimization and clear ROI visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in brand or marketing roles within gaming, PC components, or related tech industries.
- Proven team leadership and mentoring experience, with a record of building high-performing teams.
- Strong background in integrated marketing communications, including PR, media, KOL, digital, events, content marketing, and co-branding collaborations.
- Familiar with AI-driven marketing tools and applications to enhance efficiency and creativity.
- Deep understanding or network in gaming, ACG, or tech enthusiast communities.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Mandarin a plus).
- Demonstrated success in building and growing a brand, with strategic and creative thinking beyond conventional frameworks.
