About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to end users. This role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting desktop environments, to support day-to-day IT operations.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the regional or remote team lead:

  • Installing, relocating, and maintaining desktops, laptops for end users.
  • Providing remote and on-site support for end users.
  • Tracking and updating hardware inventory records.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues with devices such as monitors, peripherals, network printers, mobile phones, and system software.
  • Handling incident tickets and calls.
  • Acting as a POC between users and external vendors when needed.
  • Assisting users with basic guidance and training on IT tools and equipment.

Qualification

- Minimum 1 year of support role experience.

- technical sounds across windows platform.

- Provide guidance to junior members.

  • - Mandarin speaking or understanding is a plus but not mandatory.
