We are looking for a
Mechanical Engineer
to join our team and support the design and development of next-generation cooling solutions. This role will focus on material research, structural simulation, and design for manufacturing, while collaborating closely with cross-functional partners to bring innovative concepts into scalable production.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and evaluate advanced materials for thermal, mechanical, and cost performance; validate feasibility with suppliers and internal teams.
  • Engage in cross-functional collaboration with mechanical, thermal, and validation engineers to meet system-level goals.
  • Provide design-for-manufacturing (DFM) guidance throughout the product lifecycle; support CAD reviews and system-level alignment.
  • Coordinate and resolve project issues during trial builds to ensure smooth transition to production.
  • Design prototypes, mold specifications, and technical drawings; lead pre- and post-trial production reviews.
  • Perform FEA and injection molding simulations to assess structural integrity, fatigue, and manufacturability.
  • Support light to medium business travel as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
  • Experience in structural analysis, FEA tools, and injection molding simulations.
  • Knowledge of DFM principles and hands-on experience with prototyping and tooling.
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills; ability to work across disciplines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
