Job Description
- Lead and manage the Taiwan IT team (9-12 members), covering Infrastructure, Applications, and Service Delivery.
- Ensure IT operations meet global standards while supporting local business demands.
- Oversee infrastructure and cybersecurity (AWS, Azure, network, and endpoint management).
- Manage enterprise applications such as POS, BI (Power BI / Tableau), and Microsoft tools.
- Drive IT governance: budgeting, KPI setting, vendor management, and change control.
- Collaborate with business units (Marketing, Finance, Sales Ops, HR) to optimize workflows and enable operational excellence.
- Provide project leadership for system integration, EHR replacement, and process digitalization.
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum 8 years of experience in IT management, preferably within F&B or retail industries.
- Strong track record in store IT operations, POS system management, and multi-site infrastructure.
- Capable of balancing hands-on operations with project management and strategic planning.
- Fluent English communication for daily collaboration with regional and global teams.
- Confident, decisive leadership style with the ability to manage diverse team personalities.
