About the Role:
As our Global Sales Manager, you'll lead strategic efforts to drive revenue, forge high-value partnerships, and open up new market opportunities. This is a Full time, Hybrid position with a flexible setup—and a strong focus on performance and impact.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy to penetrate international markets.
- Identify and establish relationships with new key distributors, retailers, and partners globally.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms for distribution and sales.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to tailor strategies that maximize revenue and market share.
- Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align strategies and support product launches.
- Lead a team of remote sales representatives globally and track progress
- Ability to develop and implement growth strategies
- Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and events if needed
- Deliver accurate forecasts, hit targets, and report on KPIs regularly
What We're Looking For:
- Proven track record of sales success, ideally in B2B or product-driven environments
- Strong communication, negotiation, and deal-closing abilities
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive initiatives from inception to completion.
- Self-starter with a results-oriented mindset and entrepreneurial spirit
- Proficiency in English is mandatory and additional languages preferred.
- Must be based in Taiwan.
