• Plan and execute system integration and functional validation tests, including writing test plans and developing automated test scripts
• Analyze test results, identify root causes, and work closely with development teams to resolve issues
• Continuously optimize test processes and methodologies to improve coverage and efficiency
• Collaborate with design and technical teams to define test requirements and lead test tool development
• Coordinate internal and third-party resources to conduct product validation and compliance testing
• Lead product issue investigations and corrective actions, and regularly report progress to management
• Proficient in various operating system architectures and hardware/software integration
• 5+ years of experience in product validation or system testing, with scripting or programming skills
• Strong knowledge of test planning, debugging, and problem analysis with the ability to work independently
• Excellent cross-functional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to deliver under tight schedules
• Experience in manufacturing ramp-up or supplier validation
• Ability to quickly learn new tools and programming languages
• Familiarity with hardware specifications and automated test frameworks
• Experience with BMC (Baseboard Management Controller) and BIOS validation or integration
