  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Achieve monthly target goal in the angle of sales volume and revenue
  • Lift up sales productivity for both rookie and experienced sales
  • Manage daily sales activities to ensure sales morale
  • Monitor sales calls to ensure selling quality and risk compliance
  • Able to co-work with counterpart such as Credit Risk, Credit Approval, Product, and Operations
  • Provide guidance to TM portfolio sales in order to achieve company vision and business goal
  • Increase sales capacity through continuous improvement in staff productivity, sales process re-engineering
  • Follow and monitor staff to obey company policy and guideline
  • Familiar and comply with Tele-sales relevant laws and regulations
  • Job Requirements:
  • At least 5 year of experience in telesales business development is a must; unsecured lending experience is a plus
  • In-depth knowledge of lendingproducts, familiar with FSC lending guideline
  • Lead team members to participate related training course for improved related knowledge
  • Aggressive personality and can work under pressure
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Good sense of market and community development
  • Basic PC skills
  • Required license: 內稽內控
