Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and driven
Global Key Account Director
to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in managing and expanding strategic relationships with tier-1 clients in the cooling and hardware sectors, ensuring long-term success and market growth. The successful candidate will act as a trusted partner to key stakeholders, develop tailored account strategies, and lead high-value commercial negotiations to strengthen Cooler Master's global position.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow strategic relationships with global key accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and sustainable partnerships.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for account-related activities, engaging with executives, engineering teams, and procurement departments.
  • Develop and execute customized account strategies aligned with customer needs and company objectives.
  • Drive revenue growth through solution selling, upselling, and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Lead the complete sales cycle, including contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and proposal development.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product management, manufacturing) to align customer expectations with company capabilities.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to refine strategies and maintain competitiveness.
  • Ensure proactive engagement and high service quality to secure long-term partnerships.

Requirements

  • Proven track record in managing global or key accounts within the technology, cooling, or hardware industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and skilled in managing multiple priorities and follow-ups.
  • Experience in leading high-value commercial negotiations and securing long-term agreements.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities and deliver innovative solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
