Purpose of the role:

The Trade Marketing Executive will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies to drive sales and market share in the vitamin and dietary supplement category. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills, agility, and a sense of ownership to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and implement trade marketing plans to support sales objectives and brand growth.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to create promotional materials and campaigns.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Manage trade marketing budgets and track the effectiveness of promotional activities.
  • Coordinate and drive for excellence in in-store promotions, events, and merchandising initiatives and merchandiser executions
  • Follow up and monitor the production of POSM (Point of Sale Materials) with the marketing team and production house.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of trade marketing activities and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Translate data findings into actionable insights to improve future promotion planning across channels.
  • Ensure brand consistency and compliance with company guidelines across all trade marketing activities.
  • Demonstrate agility in adapting to market changes and taking proactive measures.
  • Exhibit strong ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion.
  • Be open to change and embrace challenges to drive continuous improvement.

Who are you?

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in trade marketing, preferably in the vitamin and dietary supplement industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated agility and a strong sense of ownership
  • Open to change and willing to embrace challenges
