We are seeking a highly motivated LLM Engineer with experience in building LLM-powered applications to join our fast-paced startup team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing AI systems that leverage large language models and modern machine learning techniques to solve real-world problems.
Responsibilities
- LLM Application Development: Design and build applications based on Large Language Models, including architectures like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), fine-tuning, and LLM chaining. Proficiency with tools like Hugging Face and LangChain is expected.
- Machine Learning & Deep Learning: Apply ML/DL techniques using frameworks such as PyTorch, scikit-learn, and others for model development and experimentation.
- Client Needs Analysis: Work directly with clients to understand their needs and translate them into technical solutions and deployable features.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution and innovative problem-solving.
- AI Platform Development: Contribute to the development of platforms supporting ML, DL, and LLM-based workflows.
- Software Engineering: Design, build, test, and maintain scalable software systems with a strong focus on performance and usability.
- Cloud Deployment & DevOps: Deploy, manage, and scale solutions on platforms like Azure, GCP, or similar cloud environments.
- API Design & Documentation: Develop clear and well-documented APIs to ensure integration and usability across the team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or related field
- Strong self-management and time planning skills.
- Willingness to attend evening meetings; daytime working hours are flexible (max 8 hours/day).
- Ability to visit client sites occasionally to gather requirements and understand real-world conditions.
- Passionate about working in and contributing to startup environments and early-stage ventures.
- Experience in large-scale AI/LLM development projects and/or practices is a strong plus.
- A collaborative mindset with strong communication skills, capable of working efficiently in cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and highly responsible, with a willingness to share knowledge and contribute to team growth.
- Comfortable with a fully remote work model, while able to attend occasional on-site client visits when required.
