This role is a business development / sales role based in Taipei, relevant experiences in business development will be required.

In this Role, you'll get to

* Actively identify high-potential prospect partners and grow the revenue of the existing portfolio in this region.

* Have end-to-end ownership of new hotel acquisitions and existing hotel account management within your designated market.

* Promote Group's awareness, global business strategy, and one-stop service to hotel partners.

* Formulate business plans aligned with KPI objectives and company strategy.

* Conduct research and data analysis (market, product, competitor, price, supplier, etc.). Provide market insights to the global headquarter to optimize the product design and sales directions for the success of global product localization.

* Ensure the hotel's profile (rates, availability, and content) is consistently optimized over sites to maximize customer conversion.

* Other assigned tasks and projects, etc.

What you'll Need to Succeed

* Bachelor's degree or the above, majoring in Business, Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.

* A minimum of 2-year relevant working experience in OTA, e-commerce, or hotel (Front Office/Reservation/Revenue/Yield Management, etc.) is preferred.

* Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin

* Permanent work rights with no restrictions in Taiwan.

* Available for business travels/partner visits around 30% of the time.

* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

* Strong logical thinking and data analytics capability. Structured mindset and problem-solving skills required.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

* Fast learner and able to work independently.

* Detail-oriented, well-organized, self-motivated, high sense of responsibility, and a good team player.

* Strong flexibility and resilience in adapting to fast-changing work environments or demands.
