ob Description
As a Solutions Consultant, you will help clients correctly understand and effectively apply standardized software products (such as ERP, CRM, SaaS). You should be familiar with product features and implementation processes, and work closely with partners to help clients maximize implementation value, reduce risks, and ensure solutions are effectively applied in real-world use cases.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in packaged software product features, providing functional explanations and implementation recommendations.
- Support sales in client interviews, requirements analysis, product demonstrations, POC, and related activities.
- Draft proposals, technical recommendations, functional gap analyses, and customization assessment reports
- Maintain strong relationships with partners, coordinating third-party and HQ-provided solutions and resources, and planning actionable implementation programs.
- Continuously track product updates, providing market and client feedback to internal product teams.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years of practical experience in ERP, CRM, or SaaS consulting/implementation/configuration.
- Ability to independently handle requirement–functionality gap analysis and propose effective solutions.
- Experience in demos, POC, or solution validation.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant software solution product certifications (e.g., Salesforce, SAP).
- Experience in Customer Success or post-sales services.
- Experience in SaaS ecosystems (APIs, partner models) or implementation projects.
- Familiarity with consultative selling processes or co-selling with partners.
- Government agency information system project experience.
- Proficiency in Japanese, both spoken and written.
