At DBS Taiwan, the TPC Plus segment represents our highest tier of wealth clients, equivalent to the Private Banking segment. We provide a bespoke, one-stop banking experience through our dedicated team of Relationship Managers, Investment Counsellors, and Product Specialists. With best-in-class product access, advisory, and global connectivity, we are committed to empowering our clients to grow, preserve, and transfer their wealth across generations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive AUM and revenue growth by acquiring and deepening relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra-High Net Worth (UHNW) clients in Taiwan.
  • Deliver customized financial strategies by identifying clients' wealth needs, risk appetite, and life goals through deep engagement and understanding.
  • Collaborate closely with Investment Counsellors, Product Specialists, and Portfolio Counsellors to curate tailored investment, insurance, lending, and financial planning solutions.
  • Provide proactive portfolio reviews, market updates, and investment advisory to enhance client satisfaction and share of wallet.
  • Ensure strong client onboarding, seamless service delivery, and ongoing relationship management to enhance client loyalty and advocacy.
  • Maintain strict adherence to internal control standards, regulatory requirements, and risk management policies.
  • Actively contribute to team knowledge-sharing, idea generation, and strategic initiatives to uplift the TPC+ segment's performance and positioning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with at least 10 years of experience in wealth management, if have private banking, private wealth, or HNW relationship management experience is a high plus.
  • Deep understanding of wealth management products, financial planning, investment advisory, and portfolio management.
  • Proven track record in acquiring, managing, and growing HNW/UHNW client relationships.
  • Strong knowledge of Taiwan's regulatory landscape and compliance requirements for the banking and investment industry.
  • High emotional intelligence and communication skills, with a strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
  • Client-centric, proactive, and results-oriented, with a collaborative mindset to work across functions and teams.
