- Identify white space opportunities (e.g., 2.5 GbE/PoE++ ICMs) and create business cases that meet IRR/ROI targets.
New Product Development
- Act as Product Owner in the PLC process: voice of customer, MRD/PRD creation, feature trade offs, and gate reviews.
- Partner with Engineering and Operations to ensure launch readiness (cost, manufacturability, regulatory compliance).
Commercial Excellence
- Drive regional demand planning and channel programs; optimize mix in distribution vs. direct.
- Support key design wins at OEMs via solution positioning, value selling, and collateral.
Cross Functional Leadership
- Align Sales, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, and Quality on cost reduction, inventory, and service level goals.
- Represent the product line in quarterly business reviews and annual strategy cycles.
People Management
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product managers while applying Principle Based Management
The Experience You Will Bring (Basic Requirements)
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related discipline.
- 5+ years combined experience in product management and/or design engineering for ICM, discrete Ethernet magnetics, or magnetic components focused on signal integrity, EMI, or EMC.
- Demonstrated ownership of full product lifecycle—from concept through end of life—with annual revenue accountability.
- Proficiency with global distribution channels (e catalog, broad line, and EMS/ODM fulfillment models).
- Strong financial acumen: P&L literacy, pricing elasticity, and business case modelling.
- Proven ability to lead cross functional teams and influence without authority.
- Willingness to travel up to 25 % globally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience at one or more key competitors (Pulse Electronics, Bel Fuse, Würth, MagLayer, U&T, Bourns, etc.).
- MBA or equivalent business certification.
- Mandarin or other Asian language proficiency.
