- Develop Delta's key account strategies across financial services, commercial real estate, and healthcare sectors.
- Engage deeply with ESG, asset development, IT, and healthcare departments to establish annual strategies.
- Integrate internal business units (BA, ICT, EIS) to deliver one-stop solutions.
- Guide customers in scaling from single-site projects to group-level standard adoption, expanding collaboration scope and procurement scale.
- Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from early-stage assessment, proposal presentations, and solution delivery to performance tracking.
- Build strategic success cases that serve as cross-industry replicable models for Delta.
Continuously strengthen Delta's positioning as an ESG solution provider in the financial and healthcare industries.
Minimum 10 years of B2B account management experience, with a background in serving large enterprises or conglomerates.
- Industry expertise in financial services, healthcare, or commercial real estate is highly preferred.
- Experience in promoting solutions such as energy management, ESG carbon management, smart buildings, renewable energy/storage, UPS, or HVAC is a plus.
- Strong capabilities in cross-functional integration, strategic presentations, business negotiation, and execution management.
- Proficient in both Chinese and English for business communication and presentations.
