Responsibilities

Lead project scheduling, planning, and execution for offshore gas pipeline construction.
Coordinate with client and stakeholders on project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
Oversee supervision of construction, ensuring compliance with QA/QC standards.
Manage major construction schedules, progress control, and risk mitigation.
Provide leadership in business coordination and personnel management.
Ensure smooth communication between the project site and client management teams.

Requirements

Minimum
15 years' experience
in offshore gas/oil pipeline construction supervision and management.
Strong background in
QA/QC, project planning, and execution
.
Proven track record in
managing large-scale offshore pipeline projects
.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to coordinate across multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
Fluent in Chinese (spoken & written)
and proficient in English.
