【Key Responsibilities AND % OF TIME SPENT ON EACH】

40% Insight and Research Projects

  • Research projects management: Coordinate with external research agencies for brand health tracking. Lead research-related project from preparation to post-result sharing.

  • Generate consumer insights and market intelligence that support business strategies and decision-making.

  • Sales data analysis from product view, scheme view, channel view, etc, to form deep understanding for on-going business.

40% Commercial Projects and Initiatives

  • Lead value initiatives and develop marketing promotion activities, tracking results to understand business impact.

  • Lead menu and pricing strategy development based on commercial and consumer insight.

  • Drive own Media communication material development and calendar development.

20% Cross Functional Collaboration

  • Cross-Functional collaboration with Operations, Supply Chain, R&D, Finance, and EC/CRM team to ensure smooth coordination and on-time delivery of initiatives.

  • Omi-channel process optimization.


Qualifications

1.
Minimum education requirement

  • BS Degree with major in Marketing or Business Management. MBA is preferred.

2.
Relevant experience and minimum years required.

  • 3-5 years marketing or trade marketing experience in FMCG/F&B/QSR industry.
  • (Preferred) 1-2 years in research agency or in-house insight team.

Basic skills requirements

  • Data Analysis
    : Good in data analysis and sensitive to numbers to figure out drivers for effectiveness. Can logically generate implication from information.
  • Commercial sense
    : Business acumen, strong logical thinking and with commercial planning skill
  • Communication Skills
    : Can smoothly communicate objective and direction with cross function
  • Project management
    : Demonstrate ability to handle multiple projects and details simultaneously, deliver final result on time.
  • Be Agility
    : can accept and handle fast retailer working speed & tempo, and willing to adapt changes.
  • English:
    Fluent in English writing, speaking and presentation.
