*Job Description:*

  • Assist Manager to prepare contract related reports as per contract requirement such as monthly acceptance report..
  • Attend internal/external meetings physically or via gMeet.
  • Assist monthly acceptance at customer's sites
  • Assist monthly invoicing and payment collection.
  • Assist other job related duties assigned by the manager
  • Follow SOP for official letter or data file distribution and filing

Secondary Responsibilities -

  • Review General Procurement PR and PO's content.
  • File PR/PO documents in G-drive.
  • Collaborate with other departments and gather information as needed.
