The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing a great candidate experience and maintain continuous communication with candidates, recruiters, hiring managers and interviewers throughout the end-to-end recruiting process. They will be aligned with our company values to help drive improvement in our recruiting process and adoption of our Application Tracking System (Avature) and effectively support operations across East and Southeast Asia.
The position will be physically based in Taipei, Taiwan.

What You Will Do
- Assist Recruiters (local and remote) in coordinating effective interview scheduling with candidates, hiring managers and panel interviewers.
- Develop partnership with Recruiters, Candidates, and Key stakeholders (e.g., business HR, compliance, Supervisors, legal, etc.), to deliver an excellent experience to all involved, especially both internal and external candidates.
- Use our Application Tracking System (Avature) for all day-to-day activities.
- Act as an Avature Super User to support adoption and usage of the system within and beyond the team.
- Support additional recruiting-related depending on the team's and business's needs
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Experience in customer service or administrative activities.
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook –scheduling complex meetings (working with various time zones, multiple attendees, locations, and details).
- Experience using ERP systems, with a preference for Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Taleo, iCims, WorkDay, BrassRing, etc.)
What Will Put You Ahead
- Experience in a Human Resources, Administrative Support function, or project management/coordination role.
- Passion for ERP systems and experience with driving user adoption
