【Job Description工作內容】

Are you passionate about cutting-edge semiconductor technology and high-resolution imaging? Join our team to develop next-generation X-ray nano-imaging systems

  • Take part in developing X-ray nano-imaging systems used for inspecting advanced semiconductor manufacturing and packaging processes. You'll be involved in both the planning and hands-on development stages.
  • Create techniques to detect tiny defects in semiconductor devices by using X-ray diffraction and image reconstruction algorithms.
  • Work on the design and setup of optical systems, including planning the light paths and testing optoelectronic components. You'll also prepare technical reports and share your findings.
  • Help mentor junior team members by sharing your knowledge, and contribute to the growth of the team and promotion of X-ray inspection technology across projects.

1.從事半導體先進製程及先進封裝技術相關之X光奈米影像量檢測系統研發,負責技術規劃開發。

2.開發半導體缺陷檢測技術,熟練運用X光繞射分析技術及演算法,重建X光奈米影像。

3.執行光學設計、光路規劃及光電元件測試,並進行技術報告撰寫與交流。

4.指導與訓練研究團隊成員,分享專業經驗,促進X光量檢測技術相關業務推廣,協助團隊成長與進步。

【Job Requirements資格條件】

  • Master's or Ph.D degree in Photonics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, and Electronic Engineering,or related field.

2.Excellent communication skills in English, writing, and oral presentations.

1.光電、物理、電機、電子相關科系,碩士以上

2.具X光光學原理、光電系統設計、非破壞檢測技術、微奈米尺度量測、高解析度成像演算法、量測儀器開發等相關領域專長尤佳

3.請檢附相當於TOEIC 650分之英語測驗成績證明
