Role Overview

This role will take ownership of brand membership management and CRM strategy, leveraging data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration to deliver differentiated member experiences and drive sustainable revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • CRM Strategy Development: Design and optimize membership tiering, benefits, and lifecycle management programs to improve customer retention and purchase frequency.
  • Brand Performance Campaigns: Lead member-centric marketing initiatives (e.g., anniversaries, seasonal promotions, new store launches) to drive traffic, boost repeat purchases, and increase average transaction value.
  • Member Data Insights: Build and continuously improve member data tracking frameworks; conduct regular analysis of engagement, conversion, and campaign effectiveness to guide future strategies.
  • Marketing Tool Utilization: Leverage CRM platforms and app functionalities (e.g., tasks, loyalty points, coupons) to design engaging campaign mechanics that enhance participation and customer stickiness.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with operations, design, and other teams to ensure seamless execution of marketing programs and support sustainable revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of marketing experience; background in F&B, retail, or O2O industries is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of CRM strategy and membership management, with proven ability to plan and execute omni-channel membership campaigns.
  • Proficient in data analysis, capable of translating customer insights into actionable marketing strategies.
  • Experienced in cross-functional collaboration and project management, with the ability to align operations, design, and technical resources for successful execution.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with app-based marketing, e-commerce, or MarTech tools.
  • Familiarity with member segmentation, A/B testing, or marketing automation.
  • Leadership or people management experience is a strong plus.
