We are seeking dedicated
Engineering Technicians
to join our Taiwan facility, specializing in the assembly and testing of high-precision interferometers. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, technical proficiency, and a passion for delivering superior-quality products.
Key Responsibilities
- Assemble, calibrate, and test interferometer systems according to engineering specifications.
- Perform precision alignment and integration of optical components.
- Troubleshoot assembly and calibration issues, recommending process improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of assembly procedures, test results, and quality control documentation.
- Collaborate with global engineering teams to enhance product performance and reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Technical diploma or Bachelor's degree in Optical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experience in precision mechanical assembly, preferably in optical or semiconductor industries.
- Familiarity with interferometric equipment, optical alignment tools, or similar precision instrumentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and schematics.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with optical metrology instruments and precision optics.
- Knowledge of industry-standard quality control practices and methodologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Mandarin and English.
