We are looking for a performance leader to join a growing APAC marketing agency, with offices in Hong Kong, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Singapore, with a team of over 100 people.
You will oversee end-to-end client projects, from planning and execution to performance tracking and optimization. You will lead a team of 5-8 performance experts for all rounded campaign management for diverse clients in Taiwan.
Budget: TWD 1M above annually.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, GMP, and other programmatic platforms, from strategic setup to ongoing performance management.
 - Translate business objectives into full-funnel strategies, monitor KPIs, and conduct A/B testing to maximize ROI and inform budget decisions.
 - Manage, mentor, and grow a team of performance specialists, sharpening their technical execution and strategic thinking skills.
 - Drive operational improvements by refining workflows, implementing new tools, and staying ahead of platform innovations to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
 - People with less leadership experience will be considered as Senior Manager or Associate Director.
 
Requirements:
- At least 3 years + team lead experience gained from advertising agencies.
 - All rounded campaign management experience with client management skills.
 - Good communications, interpersonal skills and team working.
 - Proficient in Chinese is a must.
