Role Description

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Office Director (5+ years of relevant experience) and/or Community & Operations Coordinator to join our Taipei office. This role is central to managing daily operations, supporting marketing and community engagement, providing administrative assistance, ensuring excellent client service, and overseeing tasks such as hiring and office coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the Heart of Our Taipei Office: Create a warm, welcoming environment for students and families, ensuring they feel supported and valued throughout their journey with us.
  • Coordinate Sales Processes: Engage with prospective clients, understand their needs, and effectively communicate Premier's value proposition.
  • Support Marketing & Community Engagement: Assist in organizing parent nights, student workshops, and community events that foster connection and trust.
  • Ensure Smooth Operations: Handle student documentation, maintain organized records, support the development of recruiting materials, and coordinate between the Taipei and New York teams.
  • Manage Scheduling & Communications: Coordinate appointments, manage internal and external communications, and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Maintain CRM Systems: Keep accurate sales and operations data, provide insights, and support decision-making through well-managed systems.

Ideal Qualifications

  • Bilingual Fluency: Excellent verbal and written communication in both Mandarin and English.
  • Customer-Focused Experience: Background in sales, customer service, project coordination, or a related field with a relationship-building mindset.
  • Strong Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and adapting to new systems.
  • Adaptable & Solution-Oriented: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and remain flexible under pressure.
  • Team-Oriented: Open to collaboration and feedback within a growth-driven workplace.
