Mechanical Design Manager - Robot
JD is only available in Mandarin.
Responsibilities
- 負責機器人(特別是機械手臂、末端執行器、關節模組)結構 & 傳動系統的設計 & 研發 & 驗證。
- 協助主管進行機器人機構設計 & 驗證(手臂、AMR、本體結構)。根據產品需求進行機構配置、選型、建模 & 2D/3D 圖面製作。
- 支援動態模擬 & 逆向運動學分析,協助控制 & 軟體團隊優化性能。
- 參與樣機製作、加工 & 供應商溝通、組裝 & 測試,針對設計問題提出修改建議。
- 帶領 1-2 位新人工程師,協助進行零件設計、繪圖 & 測試。
- 根據技術發展方向,進行新材料 & 新機構的創新設計 & 實踐。

Qualifications
- 機械、機電 or 相關科系大學以上,具 3-5年以上相關經驗。(碩士尤佳)
- 熟練應用 Creo 軟體繪製機構 3D 圖 & 2D 工程圖面。
- 了解 傳動設計(齒輪、皮帶、減速機)、材料選擇。
- 熟悉 各類機器人相關馬達(無刷馬達、步進馬達、空心杯馬達等)之選型 & 應用特性。
- 熟悉 常用塑件 & 金屬材料及模具結構 & 成型工藝,有 DFM 評估 & 機構廠商檢討溝通的能力。
- 有帶領專案 or 輔導新人的經驗。
- 動手能力強,能快速解決問題。
- Bilingual capability is required (Mandarin & English). Mandarin speaking/reading is an essential skill in HCLTech Taiwan.
- Taiwan APRC is required w/ expat.
