As the Product Manager for Device Connectivity, you will lead cross-functional teams through product development and lifecycle management. You will align market needs with product strategy, work closely with regional business teams to identify application trends, drive market adoption, and execute go-to-market strategies for next-generation solutions.

All of these responsibilities contribute to building a holistic view of product life cycle management, from market discovery and product definition to go-to-market execution and long-term portfolio optimization.

This role ensures that Moxa's connectivity solutions remain industry-leading, application-driven, and growth-oriented in evolving mission-critical markets for the decades to come.

ᴍᴀᴊᴏʀ ᴀʀᴇᴀs ᴏғ ʀᴇsᴘᴏɴsɪʙɪʟɪᴛʏ

  • Regional Market Co-creation

  • Collaborate with regional business teams in business development to achieve market expansion and revenue targets.

  • Analyze market segmentation, competition landscape and contribute to defining product positioning strategy with regional key stakeholders.
  • Consolidate and deliver market/application insight to product team for product planning consideration.

  • Product Marketing

  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for assigned product lines.

  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and regional teams to launch promotional activities and campaigns.
  • Develop external sales packs and internal sales guides.

  • Product Development Managemen

  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive new product development.

  • Coordinate resources across R&D, sales, and technical support to ensure timely and successful product delivery.
  • Manage full product lifecycle, including market requirement analysis, customer VoC analysis for product improvement, and end-of-life planning.

ᴍɪɴɪᴍᴜᴍ ᴊᴏʙ ʀᴇǫᴜɪʀᴇᴍᴇɴᴛs

  • Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Master's degree in any field required.

  • Industrial-related hands-on experience preferred.

  • Experience:

  • Over 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, or field of Business Development, Technical Support.

  • Solid experience in product management or technical product marketing.
  • Experience with customer-facing problem solving and B2B product marketing to drive the regional product business.
  • Familiarity with industrial applications in critical infrastructure preferred.

  • Language:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin.

  • TOEIC 785+ or equivalent.

  • Strong collaboration and teamwork mindset; adopt at aligning diverse perspectives and translating market insights into concrete actions with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of industrial protocols (e.g., Modbus, PROFINET, EtherNet/IP).
  • Solid experience in product development and regional communication and collaboration.
  • Positive attitude, resilience, creative thinking, and strong ability to collaborate with R&D and various functional teams.
