About the Role
As Product Marketing Manager for APAC, you will lead regional go-to-market (GTM) execution and product positioning, ensuring that Cooler Master's products resonate with local users, media, and partners.
You will translate global product strategies into impactful local plans—driving awareness, engagement, and sell-through across both online and offline channels. The role blends product insight, storytelling, and commercial execution, working closely with regional Sales, PR, and HQ Product teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the product GTM plan for Global—from launch to lifecycle management.
• Translate global positioning into localized messaging, campaigns, and launch materials.
• Collaborate with HQ and Sales to define pricing, assortment, and channel strategy.
• Manage launch readiness: assets, samples, training, and communication timelines.
• Coordinate with PR, Social, and Creative to ensure one consistent product story.
• Monitor sell-in and sell-through performance; track competitor activities and market feedback.
• Support key customer engagements, trade shows, and regional product events.
• Work with distributors and channel partners to maximize campaign visibility and ROI.
• Provide product insights and field learnings back to HQ for continuous improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 6–8+ years of product or marketing experience in the tech, gaming, or consumer electronics industry within APAC.
• Strong understanding of PC components, peripherals, or gaming ecosystem.
• Proven track record in GTM planning, product launches, and channel collaboration.
• Experience with data-driven marketing and market performance analysis.
• Fluent in English; local language a plus.
• Willing to travel up to 20–30%.
