About the Role
We're looking for a strategic, impact-driven Senior Product Manager (CEX client) who thrives on using data to uncover blind spots, optimize product strategies, and drive user value. You'll build scalable data analysis frameworks and work cross-functionally with product, marketing, design, and engineering teams to solve complex growth problems across multiple business units.
This is a high-ownership role: You'll mentor a small team of analysts (1–2 FTEs initially) and serve as a key partner in decision-making and performance strategy across our trading and fintech ecosystem.
What You'll Do
- Develop data frameworks to identify business growth bottlenecks and provide actionable product insights
 - Partner with PMs and business leads to define clear metrics for user growth, retention, engagement, and ROI
 - Run A/B tests, analyze user behavior, and build predictive models to guide strategic decisions
 - Collaborate with Data Scientists to validate hypotheses and enhance product effectiveness
 - Own KPI dashboards and use storytelling to communicate insights clearly across teams
 - Lead weekly/quarterly reviews to ensure initiatives are backed by measurable impact
 
You'll Thrive If You Have
Industry Experience
- Experience in fintech, trading platforms or SaaS/consumer tech
 - Familiarity with metrics like LTV, CAC, churn rate, retention curves
 - Past experience working with growth teams, product managers, and/or data science functions
 
Technical Skills
- Advanced SQL + Excel + proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation
 - Skilled in dashboarding tools like Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
 - Strong statistical foundation: able to model scenarios, conduct cohort analyses, and build attribution logic
 
Business Thinking
- Comfortable translating data into strategic direction (e.g., "How much revenue do we lose from churn?")
 - Experience defining and tracking KPIs/OKRs with the ability to lead data-backed decisions
 - Strong communication skills — able to simplify data into business actions for stakeholders
 
Collaboration & Influence
- Able to coordinate with stakeholders across product, risk, marketing, and customer success
 - Familiarity with experimentation: A/B testing frameworks, impact analysis, and iteration cycles
 - Open to fast-changing requirements and evolving business needs
 
Bonus Points If You
- Have mentored junior analysts or led small data teams
 - Have a track record of delivering high-impact insights in fast-paced environments
 - Love solving problems that don't have a "best practice" playbook
