What this job involves:
High-level engagement with stakeholders
Are you a strategist? Can you make change happen? If 'Yes', this means you might just be the person we're looking for. Leading workplace strategy and/or change management programs, you'll help drive the sales and delivery of these projects for our clients. You'll actively engage with different stakeholders to understand their business needs. This means conducting C-Suite interviews, workshops with staff at all levels, setting up and running online surveys and drawing these threads of enquiry together into impactful reports and presentations.
Data-driven insights
If data intrigues you, this role may be your career destination. Your findings will help you and the team to stand out, providing actionable insights that guide our clients on how to transform their workplace design, policies and behaviours.
Subject matter expertise
You'll become one of our subject matter experts. You will collaborate with the many disciplines that help bring our clients' workplace experience to life. This might include project managers, interior designers, sustainability specialists, to name a few. We'll rely on your analyses and insights and expect you to contribute your ideas and innovations to the team. And you will be coaching junior consultants we as they are onboarded.

Experienced Hand
Qualification in Architecture, Business, Interior Design, Finance and Economics, Organizational Psychology, or another interesting and field is essential. An MBA will add further value, and so will a WELL certification.
Experience covering aspects of the workplace arena, such as a leading role in design, change and transformation, communications, and/or user experience.
Diverse Skillset
You will fit into the role if you have creative skills and a highly developed analytical mind, together with strong graphic and interpersonal communication skills. It would be great if you are reasonably comfortable managing concrete data (e.g. in Excel) and can shift easily to softer human issues. Evidence of collaboration across multiple disciplines, exposure to international and multicultural work environments will add further value.
Great presentation
How good are your verbal and written communication skills? You'll need to lead workshops with confidence and make engage with people at C-suite level down. Proficiency in a second Asian language, preferably Cantonese and/or Mandarin, will be advantageous. You'll also need outstanding organizational and collaborative skills. And if you have all that, we would like to have you on board.
