Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a SMT Process Engineer based in Hsinchu City. The SMT Process Engineer will be responsible for overseeing the Surface Mount Technology (SMT) process, ensuring the quality and efficiency of production. Day-to-day tasks include process optimization, troubleshooting, equipment maintenance, and collaborating with the production team to meet manufacturing goals. The engineer will also be involved in continuous improvement initiatives and implementing best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience in Surface Mount Technology (SMT) process and equipment maintenance
- Knowledge of process optimization and troubleshooting
- Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or related field
- Experience in the computer software or electronics industry is a plus
