Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Services Engineer located in Taipei. The Field Services Engineer will be responsible for performing field services, troubleshooting, providing technical support, conducting preventive maintenance, and ensuring high levels of customer service. The role entails day-to-day tasks such as diagnosing and repairing robotic systems, supporting clients, and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal performance.
Qualifications
- Experience in Field Service and Preventive Maintenance
- Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Relevant technical qualifications or certifications in robotics or related fields
- Familiarity with robotic systems and connectivity technologies
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
