Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Lead
with a proven track record in
end-to-end implementations, currency change projects, and global rollouts
. The ideal candidate should have strong
technical and functional knowledge
across Oracle EBS modules, excellent
leadership and communication skills
, and fluency in
both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in Taiwan.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle EBS
  technical initiatives
  , including
  implementations, upgrades, and currency change rollouts
  .
• Collaborate with functional teams to
  gather requirements
  and translate them into
  technical design specifications
  .
• Develop, customize, and enhance
  Oracle EBS modules using
  Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, Workflow, and Interfaces
  .
• Manage
  performance tuning
  ,
  data migration
  , and
  third-party system integrations
  .
• Ensure adherence to
  coding standards, deployment best practices,
  and
  technical documentation
  .
• Provide
  technical leadership, mentorship,
  and support to development and support teams.
• Coordinate effectively with
  business users and stakeholders
  in
  Chinese and English
  for successful project execution.

Requirements

• Minimum
  8+ years
  of experience in
  Oracle EBS technical development and leadership
  .
• Proven experience in
  currency change
  ,
  implementation
  , and
  rollout projects
  .
• Hands-on expertise in
  RICE components
  (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions).
• Strong knowledge of
  Oracle EBS R12 modules
  such as
  Financials, SCM, and HRMS
  .
• Proficiency in
  PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, XML Publisher, Workflow Builder,
  and
  OA Framework
  .
• Experience in
  data migration
  ,
  API integrations (REST/SOAP)
  , and
  performance tuning
  .
• Excellent
  communication, coordination, and documentation
  skills.
• Language Requirement:
  Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin)
  and
  English
  .
• Location:
