【Typical Accountabilities】
HR Business Partnering (BP)
-Act as a strategic advisor to functional leaders, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives through effective workforce planning and organizational design.
-Support managers in employee relations, performance management, and leadership development to foster a high-performance culture.
-Lead initiatives such as succession planning, talent pipeline development, and career progression strategies to enhance talent retention.
Organization & Culture Transformation
-Drive culture-building initiatives to reinforce a values-driven and innovative environment.
-Promote cross-team collaboration and engagement strategies aligned with company-wide transformation goals.
-Design and facilitate change management plans for strategic HR initiatives, including digitalization and structure optimization.
AI & Digital Tools Integration
-Lead the adoption of HR tech solutions and AI-enabled tools for enhancing decision-making, automation, and employee experience.
-Evaluate and deploy digital HR systems (e.g., performance, feedback, engagement platforms) to improve operational efficiency.
-Educate and upskill HR team and stakeholders on digital best practices and tool usage.
Compensation & Benefits (C&B)
-Design and implement competitive compensation strategies and benefits programs aligned with market benchmarks.
-Lead annual review cycles, job grading, and reward policies to attract and retain top talent.
-Analyze external C&B trends and internal equity to ensure pay transparency and fairness.
HR Services & Operations
-Ensure data accuracy and compliance across HR systems and reporting.
-Oversee employee lifecycle services including onboarding, offboarding, internal transfers, and leave management.
-Continuously improve processes to enhance employee satisfaction and operational efficiency.
HR Projects & Initiatives
-Lead and manage organizational development projects such as policy updates, engagement programs, and manager training.
-Track project outcomes and create dashboards or reports for leadership teams.
-Facilitate internal communications and HR events to build team connection and a strong culture.
【Essential】
-8+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, with at least 3 years in a strategic or leadership role.
-Fluent English and Mandarin, strong in cross-border communication and global HR collaboration.
-Demonstrated ability to build and lead HR strategies that align with organizational goals and drive transformation.
-Hands-on experience with Compensation & Benefits planning and policy execution.
-Proven capability in project management, including cross-functional coordination and stakeholder alignment.
-Strong understanding and application of AI and digital tools in HR processes and systems.
【Desirable】
-Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
-Familiarity with HR tech platforms, people analytics, and cloud-based HRIS systems.
-Background in tech/startup/foreign enterprises, with experience navigating rapid organizational change.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to derive insights from data and apply them in decision-making.
-Experience in coaching leaders, building leadership pipelines, and driving cross-functional influence.
