Overview

We are seeking an experienced
Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Functional Consultant
specializing in
Warehouse Management System (WMS)
and
Global Order Promising (GOP)
modules. The consultant will play a key role in a
currency change implementation and rollout project
in
New Taipei City, Taiwan
, managing end-to-end functional processes, configuration, and deployment within Oracle EBS.

Chinese language proficiency is mandatory
for effective communication and coordination with local business users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead
  functional workshops
  and
  requirement-gathering sessions
  with business users in
  Chinese and English
  .
• Analyze business processes and design
  end-to-end Oracle EBS WMS and GOP solutions
  .
• Support
  currency conversion
  and
  multi-currency configuration
  within Oracle Financials and related modules.
• Manage
  system implementations, upgrades, and rollouts
  , ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Prepare
  Functional Design Documents (FDDs)
  and collaborate with technical teams for
  RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions)
  components.
• Conduct
  User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  ,
  training
  , and
  post-implementation support
  .
• Work with
  cross-functional teams
  to troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Provide
  Oracle best practice guidance
  on process optimization and system enhancements.

Requirements

• Minimum
  8+ years
  of experience as an
  Oracle EBS Functional Consultant
  .
• Proven expertise in
  Oracle WMS
  and
  Global Order Promising (GOP)
  modules.
• Strong experience in
  currency change
  ,
  multi-currency setups
  , and
  rollout implementations
  .
• Ability to configure and support key Oracle EBS modules —
  Inventory, Order Management, Purchasing, and Financials
  .
• Strong
  analytical and problem-solving
  abilities with attention to detail.
• Excellent
  communication skills
  in
  Chinese (Mandarin)
  and
  English
  .
• Availability for onsite work
  in
  New Taipei City, Taiwan
  .
